virtual/mta: drop retired arch keywords

ia64, sh, ~x64-cygwin, ~amd64-linux, ~x86-linux, ~ppc-macos,
~x86-macos, ~sparc-solaris, ~sparc64-solaris and ~x86-solaris have
all been dropped from the gentoo master repo's profiles/arch.list;
only ~x64-macos and ~x64-solaris survive from the old prefix set.
