   6 revoked-style is one of:
   7   grey   - Print text in grey
   8   hide   - Don't show revoked uids
   9   note   - Add "(revoked)"
  10   show   - List revoked uids normally
  11   strike - Strike through lines

  13 Output is PostScript which can be sent to e.g. the lpr command.
